That's a major advantage when you're cranking out muscle-ups in the heat of an intense workout. It is also lightweight, which improves both safety and durability.Normal wooden rings created by cutting a ring out of a sheet of plywood. Plywood is versatile, but it's not optimal for rings. Our unique SpiralStrength design is created by wrapping long thin strips of veneer into a spiral. This aligns the grain of the wood for optimal strength along the entire ring. It means every piece of veneer provides the full strength of the wood grain. Plywood averages out strong and weak grain with each layer. The difference is visible in the clean appearance of the Wooden Elite Rings.
